our training programmes

We develop tailor-made solutions for our clients after carrying out a detailed and thorough learning needs and resource assessment (LNRA). Training programmes are then designed and implemented using the seven (7) design steps of dialogue education. Dialogue education has been promoted globally by the Global Learning Partners with Jane Vella as the main proponent.

The seven design steps of dialogue education are:

  • Who? The participants and coordinators of the learning events.
  • Why? The situation that calls for the learning event.
  • When? The time frame when the learning event will take place.
  • Where? The place or location where the learning event will take place.
  • What? The relevant and contextual content that will be used to ensure learning takes place.
  • What for?Achievement-based objectives that guide the learning event and ensure relevance..
  • How? Learning tasks and materials that help facilitate the learning event..
